Typical Louisiana Brekkers

This is a typical Louisiana breakfast. This one is from The Clover Grill. Old & gritty, we couldn't resist popping in for a quick helping of grits plus pools of butter. This is pretty standard - it's how the free breakfast looked at the Best Western in Baton Rouge, too - except the biscuits were better at the hotel! I mean they were really, really tasty!
